Is the band my real score?: No. Every band in Bandwise is an estimate from an AI examiner, marked against the public band descriptors, and it can be half a band or more out either way; the likely range is shown with it. Pronunciation is judged from the recording itself, never from a transcript.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?: Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Bandwise. Cancel at least a day before a renewal or the end of a free trial and you pay nothing more.
I subscribed on another phone.: Open the plans in Bandwise and tap Restore. Bandwise Pro follows your Apple ID.
An answer was not marked.: It is saved on your phone. Open Today or All answers, tap it, and mark it again. It is not counted until it is marked.
How do I delete my data?: In Bandwise, open Settings and choose “Delete everything on this phone”. Nothing about you is held on our side; the privacy policy says exactly what is sent and when.
